WOW!! I received superior customer service, promptly, problem free and more than I expected. I have been using their case for 2 years and it was well loved and well used. I knew when it was time for a new case exactly which one I was going to order, Tablet2Cases has proven to be resilient to the use and wear and tear of a 5 year old. I made an error when ordering and I contacted the company by email and they responded very quickly, a few emails back and forth for information and they sent me the right one, super fast shipping too. if you are looking for the best case, this is where you want to get it from. I can't say enough positive things about this experience :D

Received the product as described and within the time frame. Good company to go with. I was going to buy it on Amazon but saw this is the company that supplies it to them and Tablet2Cases could get it to me sooner.

The purple case is great, but the screen protector stinks! First held it up to a light and you could see indentations in a few areas. Took it off and put it on and there’s bubbles everywhere. The screen needs a better quality protector and it needs to be packaged better so no marks get in it. The case is very soft and our Granddaughter loves it.

The USA support number does not answer or return phone calls. I left 3 messages over 3 days and got no return call. The documentation was not entirely clear. I was not able to get a prompt answer to my issue in emails. I even wrote the founders, who didn’t respond. I was finally told after several emails that if I sent a video showing the malfunctioning device, they could replace it without my having to return it. After I did this they retracted that offer and told me to return my Watchbox via Amazon instead. They wasted my time and sent out a malfunctioning device. Living in a rural area, I had to spend a couple more hours to return to the UPS center. If you value your time and want a product that works with good support, don’t order from this company.
