Hi Steve, Thank you for your review, and I apologize for the confusion brought about by your order. I understand where you are coming from, and this incident is entirely a mistake from our side. None of this would have happened could have been we addressed this before the order took place. Apple has lots of iPad models out on the market. I was trying to get the model number at the back of your device that looks like this A1234. Either one of the three is yours, A1876, A2014, and A1895: This was for me to work on the exact iPad model and Sherpa cover when I received your message yesterday. I have responded to your message.
