I ordered a case for my daughters Samsung Galxy Tab 4 and after a lengthy period I still had not received it. I contacted the company, they tracked it and found it had been lost in the mail by Canada Post. Tablet2Cases immediately shipped me a new one with expedited shipping at no charge. I received the case 2 days later. I am very happy with the case, but even more pleased with the customer service I received. This company understands what customer service really means. Not only would I not hesitate to buy from them again, but I will now look at all of their products to see what else I need that I can purchase from them. I highly, highly recommend Tablet2Cases.

Great product - good quality. The case is sturdy and attractive (much like my wife :) The keyboard paired up with no problems to an Android Ellipsis 10 tablet and the track pad makes getting around on remote-accessed Windows systems so much easier. I mis ordered the wrong size keyboard initially and they were very easy to work with in facilitating the return and refund. Great service. Will be ordering from them again soon.
