I ordered 3 tablet cases. I received tracking information 2 days after my purchase. The tracking info said the order would be delivered in a couple days. I was pleased to see that since I was expecting a longer lead time than that. A couple days pass with nothing showing up at my doorstep… I emailed to inquire about the shipping status and when I received a reply, I was told that if they determine the shipment got lost, "they will be glad to send a replacement at their own expense with expedited shipping." I never received a follow-up email in regards to the delivery status. So, I had to email a second time to get the info. A day later, I received an email informed me that replacements were being shipped out but I didn’t receive tracking info. A day later, I emailed AGAIN to get tracking info. By time they sent the info, I received a package but I was missing 1 of the 3 items I ordered. Back to the emails… I informed them of the missing item and they said they would expedite a shipment of the missing item. 3 days later, I get a package… They sent the wrong item… Back to the emails again… I informed them of the wrong item. They said they would expedite a shipment of the correct item… After almost an entire month of wasting lots of time emailing with issues, I finally get all of my items. To sum it up, the amount of communication needed just to get the order correct was exhausting. The amount of time it took to get a reply to my email was ridiculous. Horrible experience…

Even though this item was cracked on arrival and I was disappointed that my parcel was processed by Amazon whom I boycott due to their Dickensian working practices, I was very impressed with their customer service. If using them again they have promised that they will mail directly to me instead of using Amazon. I was allowed to keep the faulty tablet case rather than the hassle of having to send it back and amazingly got a full refund. Very impressed.

This was not at all what I was expecting. In the pic it looked like a zippered carrier with a pouch and inside pockets to slide things into. Keys, phone, pen, stylus, charging items and a small pair of earplugs and I am good to go. The ones I ordered were for my sister and I to accompany us on a trip. I thought I had allowed plenty of time for shipping but it did not make it in time. I had to purchase something locally and surprisingly I found a leather zippered cover which kept the tablet in place.to I had hoped to ao accompany me as I had hoped. Instead I found a leather zippered case that is at least secure thus minimizing potential scratches.
