. I would highly recommend this company on product quality speed of shipping, and customer service communication.
This company is FANTASTIC to deal with over the phone and over the email!! They have Gone Above and Beyond to make certain all of my needs have been met as a customer. The products are good quality and are represented well by product deceptions. As I have said before, if you the individual make an error the wrong keyboard, the company goes out of there way to meet your needs. The Co-Founder amd Vice President of the company, Pavel Simirnov became invested in my small purchase. Instead of me sending back the entire product, he sent a keyboard that would adapt to the Apple IPad case cover that worked perfect for my Surface Pro at his cost!! It is clear quality products and quality employees are imperative to Tablet2Cases throughout the company--Customer Service Associate, Anna Beccera to Customer Advocate, Curt and Pavel Simirnov, VP of the Tablet2Case of Company. I would highly recommend this company on product quality, speed of shipping, and customer service communication and skills.

Please make them better
The last case wouldn't charge. So I bought a new case. I have had this for about a month. If I don't type super hard the keys do not type.

Great customer attention. They fulfill their promise of 100% satisfaction. Faced with a mismatch in the product, the company has done its best to satisfy the customer's demands. For all this I give my 5 stars since I have also been compensated with a similar product, not having exactly what I needed, which fully satisfies my need

I am more then pleased .
I am very pleased with the service and the products I received.I ordered wrong size first for my grand kids tablets,they refunded me for return cost plus the cost of the cases ,sent me out the right size.they always answered my emails with a very friendly ,professional attitude.I will definitely order from them again. The guys that responded to my request for solving my prolblem were quick to respond. They were also very helpful and patient and with a quick exchange of emails they identified the problem and outlined the steps I needed to take to remedy. Fantastic service
