I wish I had read this review page before buying a Tacklife Foldable Grabber. After 18th months of infrequent use the flimsy cable snapped. None of the report forms on their website worked to allow me to claim a replacement under their guarantee. Irritating but I got off lightly. Not cheap for what it was but not an expensive item like some unfortunate cases on this site.

Ho acquistato un banco sega circolare, tutto perfetto, arrivato in 7 giorni dall'ordine. Dopo 6 mesi c'è stato un problema e hanno provveduto subito alla sostituzione del pezzo. Il servizio clienti è rapido nelle risposte e nel supporto. Azienda seria, affidabile e organizzata.

Buyer Beware! I, like others have had zero luck getting through to Tacklifetools. They don't answer emails nor does the phone accept calls. Customer service is worse than bad, It is indifferent. Talk to the hand attitude.

Bought an S10 Pro vac. Vac is fine as s simple vac, but app simply does not work to control it. Vac manual is worthless for the app. Device is no longer listed on their site, and their support phone # does not properly answer.

I purchased a pop-up canopy in September, 2021. Due to time of year and Covid, I did not use it until May of 2022 for a camping trip. Everything went well on that trip. Took a second camping trip in July. While putting up canopy part of the frame broke and we were unable to use it and appears unrepairable. I emailed Tacklife immediately with pictures and have not gotten a response back. Next move is to try and call but don't have much hope. There goes $100 down the drain. Will never purchase from them again.

12” miter saw. It’s under warranty,and broken. They will not respond to any emails or calls. This saw is JUNK. If save-a lot sold tools,they would be better than this TACKLIFE CRAP.
