I am now happy with my purchase. However at first I was concerned. The wireless communication coaching radio and earpiece did not look AT ALL like what appeared on the ad. In addition, it came with no instructions. I was able to call TacknRider and get clarification and instruction.

I ordered a pair of riding breeches for my daughter. I knew in advance that they were not returnable. Unfortunately, she loved them, but they were a little small. I ordered her regular size, but they just didn't fit. I just wished that the return policy was different. I'm a bit disappointed in myself for taking the chance and in the store for such a policy. Unfortunately, not sure I would buy here again because of the policy.

Hi Catherine We are sorry to hear that. Please note that we lose money on all items marked as "FINAL SALE". Throughout the shopping process, we advise you that these breeches are not return-able. We even send emails asking you to cancel your order prior to shipping. We appreciate your support. Our policy helps us stay in business.
