Easy set up and super easy to deploy to winners. We used this as Lead Gen gift with a "spin the wheel" game during a Virtual trade show. Then, I just uploaded the winners and it went right out to them.

We're using Tango Card for several market research projects and it is flawless. Good and responsive customer service. We ask a lot of questions because this is not our core business but they can handle it... Web frontend is easy to use, tutorials nicely done

We really like that we can send a gift card to our participants, etc., and they can pick out what they really want. It has taken a lot of the guess work off of us to find that perfect gift card that everyone will use. We even had the opportunity to send an international card to one of our participants that moved to the UK. It was such an easy way to give the gift card without having to figure out what would work in the UK. Thanks!

The only thing that would make it better is a teensy more real time customer service (handholding). Other than that it is working well and I have figured things out.

The design is clunky and difficult to navigate. It does have a good variety of reward vendors.
