I ordered the tech armor for iPhone 12 a whole week ago. I paid for the expedited shipping. I’ve been tracking my order. I gave the correct address. My order still has not arrived. I checked with the post office. I gave them the correct address, and they said the unit number was left off the address when it was shipped. I give the post office a couple days to process the change. I still have not received my order. I track the order today and see that it is in Texas. What? How is your shipping department so incompetent? I want your product, it is the best, I just don’t want the bs. Not sure if I am still going to bother after this fiasco.

I have had to replace 3 of your products now. Approx one per year. I only use my tab indoors and am very careful with my tech. I am an It Mgr of 25 years with a large corp and will have to begin looking for a better solution. I originally wrote a raving review, but no longer feel your product is the same. Not sure what has changed, but I won't be buying for my corp employees any longer as they have been experiencing more failures additionally.

I have to stay first of all that I have nothing but excellent customer service from the staff at Tech Armor. They have been extremely responsive in all of my inquiries and taken care of my issues with 4 to 5 hours of initiation. I have been using there ballistic screen protectors for all of my Samsung phones for the last 8 years or so. I have nothing but praise for there products! I will admit that I am clumsy and ensure that I have a protective case and ballistic glass to protect my phones. If not I would have replaced countless superb screens versus the ballistic glasses that protects my phone. Thank you Tech Armor for a awesome product and superb customer service. I will continue to be a dedicated customer!

Great protectors, easy to install, smudge resistant and provides great screen protection.

Have been using Tech Armor products for years and I have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!
