Third brand tried and I’m in love
Hi, I am very pleased with your screen protector for my applie iphone. I have used the screen protector from the Apple store and the brand from Office Works. Not only were they $70 and $20 respectively (pack of 1), they were not made with the 6 layers your brand is made with, nor with the instructions, additional tools such as phone frame, Dust removal tape x6, cleaning wipes x 3, a cleaning cloth and a three pack of high quality screen protectors.

Great customer service and great product
I ordered a 2 pack anti-glare film screen protector but the package came open and one protector was already used. I reached out to customer service and in less than a day everything was solved. Customer service is fast, reliable, and easy to reach out to. As for the screen protector that I was able to use it is a great product, especially if you write a lot on an iPad. The screen feels and looks great. Also, the case fits with no problem. Definitely going to recommend your products and services to people.

The best there is, bar none
I have used many screen protectors for my iPhones over the years, but none have compared to Tech Armor’s price point, quality, clarity, phone functionality, ease or installation, or warranty program. I doubt I will ever purchase any other brand.

Speedy customer service but poor product quality.
Speedy customer service. So 3* for that. But product quality is poor. It doesn't sustain any drop. We have to keep replacing the protector.

Unusual and unacceptable shipping issue
2 weeks on and I don’t have my product. Tech Armor’s courier has still not even confirmed they have received my item for shipping. Apology email from tech support blames the courier; not acceptable as the company picked them to do the work for their customers. It’s pretty lame to try to shift blame onto them. Can’t blame it on COVID issues, if that’s the case they need to modify their posted shipping times to reflect any problems they’re having. Support suggests I extend my patience. My patience is gone, though I have no other choice but to wait. (No thanks for the boilerplate response below. Note it does not actually address the major issues I broached.)

LubeMan, Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. We offer our sincere apology for any late deliveries and inconvenience this has caused. Due to new procedures and safety policies as a result of Covid 19, we are experiencing processing and shipping delays. These are new policies to keep our warehouse staff safe. Also, all shipping partners that we use have also implemented new and rigorous safety procedures. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our staff. Thank you for choosing Tech Armor! Best, Richie Tech Armor Support
