The worst repair experience of my life. They have no idea what they are doing. A back of the iPhone repair that was supposed to take an hour, 6 hours later…still not fixed and the phone does not work. Do not bring repairs here…warranty company needs to know not to recommend them.

Quick and accurate

I bout a $1,200 laptop for work, it was expected to arrive a few days ago however fedex is saying it still hasn’t been shipped. I cannot get a hold of anyone even though I’ve tried 5 times now and honestly it’s starting to feel like I’ve been scammed. If I could give negative stars I would, awful experience

The Peachtree Corners store was very clean and organized! Staff was great, knowledgable and welcoming! I was able to get items I needed for my phone, computer and Apple Watch! Highly recommend

I’m excited to have received my iPhone 12 Pro. I didn’t get the tracking information as I thought, but I came home and the parcel was safely on my porch unexpectedly. The packaging was extremely great and secure as promised. A great deal of effort was put into packing. Great retailer after all. I would recommend.

My razer laptop took a dump and TechMonk had the best payment options I have seen on the market. Ended up ordering a brand new MacBook Air m2 in time for school.
