They did not ship my order. Beware. Scammers. Wont even answer phonesl calls and emails

No communication, no updated tracking, horrible experience overall

Didnt get my package & not responding to my emails

This company never sent me my items. They sent it to the wrong address. Then I paid 200$ extra for my order to be protected by route but they never even added route protection to my order pocketing my money.

My product came with a crack at the top and it’s completely blacked out now and i’ve been trying to get in touch with them but everytime i call they will either send me on a while goose chase saying to call this number or text this email. Or they wouldn’t answer at all and it will go straight to voice mail. does any one else have this problem ? it’s about to be a month with this broken laptop.

The communication was great once I escalated my concern. The product was scratched up and dinged up. Not worth the price. For the same price, I could have gotten a brand new one.

Didn’t receive my product, and can’t get in touch with this company after several attempts. Scam.

Still waiting on package starting to feel like this is a scam.
