A Pleasant Experience
I had never had a problem updating or renewing an on-line program until this latest version of a program that I have been subscribing to for many years. This very courteous Technician resolved my problem and in a very respectful way. Unfortunately, my being over 88 years old, I forgot the tech's name already but I do not forget his courteous and respectful attitude.

Excellent Technical Support!!
My VPN stopped working and would not connect. Michael provided a solution and quickly reset my VPN to connect and provide encryption. The Technical Support from USTechSupport is excellent and I can always count on USTS to solve any computer issues I may have and to keep my system running in tip top shape.
