I purchased my first hyperbaric oxygen chamber from these guys a few months ago. I had no idea whether I would even enjoy the sessions, so it felt like a bit of a leap! The good news is, I have been pleasantly surprised. The chamber and accessories were packed very well and arrived safely in my country hometown in South Australia. The quality is excellent, and the machine has functioned perfectly over the past couple of months. I have contacted Cindy at Tecnotu a number of times, and she has been helpful and efficient every time. Thank you, Cindy! Since starting my sessions, I’ve noticed some easing of the pain in my leg, along with a positive shift in my energy and mood. I’m really pleased with my experience so far. Thank you to everyone at Tecnotu. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a chamber.

I purchased the softshell laydown 1.5ATA chamber from Cindy. I am absolutely thrilled with the chamber. I am using it daily, and have had only a couple issues that were addressed quickly. To me, the system is worth every penny that I paid for it. It's going to pay for itself within a couple months. If anything goes sideways, I'll be back to update. At this point, I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I have been very pleased with the product and company. I had a great experience. With being from PA, I was nervous to purchase a product from out of country, but they were patient with me, were workable, and answered all of my questions. The valve was faulty, but they took care of the problem asap and shipped a replacement along with a few extras. I was pleased with how they handled the issue. They were great to work with, and I recommend going with Tecnotu. I am glad I did.

Excellent transaction from start to finish. Very good communication via whattsapp. Lacking install instruction details, however Cindy was there to help via whatsapp. Good qaulity and does a great job. highly recommend!

I Bought the soft cover 1,5ATA and at first I liked how everything looked online and the customer service expressed not to worry. The unit arrived and the oxygen concentrator was not working. I provided pictures to them and requested a return as they offer a return policy. They responded explaining that a cable might had disconnected it. They first suggested to try to connect the cable and then they offered a full replacement. I was able to connect the cable but the oxygen had a error when it started. The customer service replied messages when I questioned the oxygen concentrator. When I was trying to assemble the chamber I had a question about the fittings and customer service answered those questions about the fittings to assemble the chamber. They have a video online to build the unit. As I was getting a shipping I decided to order the bracket so the unit will stand on its own. 8/28/25 UPDATE: The shipping with the bracket and oxygen concentrator arrived. We assembled the bracket as all the pieces worked as intended, it was like a simple puzzle with about 8 metal pieces, some screws and four straps. Once the bracket structure was assembled it we tied the chamber to the bracket and we were very happy with the upgrade as it is more functional when entering, starting the unit and leaving. I have not fully tested yet and I will come back to update the full experience with TECNOTU as I get to test the actual chamber. So far glad with the price, the fact it arrived, I was frustrated with the oxygen concentrator and the additional work it took but the fact they replied, replaced the oxygen concentrator and provided help through the process helped a lot. In my experience it gave me confidence when there was a problem and they offered help to solve it. I would buy from them again.
