the tech did a good job. Very quick and efficient. They had to take over my computer to finish the job. the biggest challenge with working with teknikforce is the fact that they are in India on Indian time which limits the amount of access. I'm glad they were able to use anydesk. It worked well.

Teknioforce acknowledged and responded to my problem quickly. The problem was quickly resolved once we set up a remote session. The only delay was due to their technicians' working hours, who are based in India and work during office hours in their time zone. I was across the world in Ottawa, which made direct communication difficult. There were no language barriers in our communication; everything was conducted in English.

Good Company But they really need to hard work on the software side specially on the UI/UX side.
