My second experience and both times I was unnecessarily alarmed because of their policies! Once thought I had HIV! Nope. This time AGAIN they labeled an IGg of 0.90 as HIGH! The CDC and most providers call IGg of 0.90 equivocal, but don't label it HIGH. ABSURD! I was UNnecessarily alarmed AGAIN! PLUS the WASTED expense of calling me and consulting MD for an absurdely low result. Re: Reply My value was 0.90 HOW is that "outside" normal range!?? So how does your reply apply!??? "However, since it is outside the normal range of <1.90 it does get marked as high by the testintg laboratory." Since when is an"equivocol" labeled HIGH!??? IF I'd been depressed or suicidal or violent ... that could have pushed me over the edge!!! In what world does "equivicol" equal HIGH!?? In RED no less!? I stand on my review! Re Second Reply: Apology accepted! HOWEVER ... that is precisely the absence of attention to DETAIL I imply: NOBODY labels 0.90 IGg as HIGH! CDC guidance? Retest! LOW POSITIVE is 1.10!!! Callung 0.90 "HIGH"!? According to NOBODY!!!! MAYBE rather than arguing with an informed client? Maybe your organization should consider a CHANGE of POLICY!? LABEL 0.90 as EITHER: Suggest Retesting OR Equivicol OR Possible LOW positive!? BUT STOP labeling as HIGH!!!!?????

We only have one order that was placed with Health Testing Centers. Based on that order, we show the result of the High IgG. When the laboratory flags a result on a report as "high" or "low" it is due to the result being outside of the reference range. For a result of 0.90- 1.09, for this IgG test, is considered an equivocal (A test result that does not indicate either a positive or negative result strongly; retesting is usually required following an equivocal test result.) result. However, since it is outside the normal range of <1.90 it does get marked as high by the testintg laboratory. *Correction on normal reference range: My apologies, I should have stated "outside of the normal range of <0.90 not the <1.90. That is the reason the result was marked as high. All results that are flagged high or low will show as red on the reports from the laboratory. ** no argument intended at all from us, jsut simply providing the information we have. This is how the laboratory reports these results. I will forward the complaint on to the laboratory. Thank you.

Quick and easy ordering, great prices compared to getting the tests done through my regular doctor (I just bring the results to him), great to have choice of LabCorp vs Quest, quick email of the requisitions, and quick email with the results! Couldn't be happier!

Great experience. Easy to purchase online. Process quick and easy on arrival. Results of CBC received in 24 hours in several formats. Very affordable especially with coupon codes. Much, much less expensive than using the hospital which I used to do before I discovered Health Testing Centers. Will definitely use again.

You can't even get an appointment at a PCP these days. All I needed was my yearly cholesterol check to get my prescription refilled. I came across Health Testing Center's website, clicked on my test, made an appointment at the lab for the next day and was back at work at 8:00am after the blood draw!!! Results came to my email the NEXT day!!!
