The good thing is the results come back surprisingly quickly. Their web-site is easy to navigate too. The not so good thing is that the location you have to visit to give the sample is often hard to find. They give an address, but these are tiny testing clinics, with maybe 150 square feet rented out from some other business. So it is hard to find. When I called to get help, they did call me back, but a half hour later. By that time, I missed my appointment. If they could give a more practical set of directions instead of just a street address in a mall, then they would rate five stars.

It was a smooth and easy process. From registration, appointment making, testing and acquisition of lab results. I wish more things were this simple and easy. I would recommend this to anyone.

I purchased the expensive men's comprehensive test for ~ $2000. It has been 2 weeks since my blood draw and I do not have most of the results yet - only 35% of the tests I paid for have been returned. The requisitions were split into 2 requisitions. The testing center seemed confused and was unaware that I had pre-paid. Also, the testing center did not collect a urine sample so the related tests will not be completed. My experience has been quite bad. Based on the % of good reviews I think I have just been unlucky but either way, my confidence in this process and the test results is not very high. I'll look for better solutions in the future. These types of tests are too important.

I went for some blood work. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Had my results the next day. Place was very clean.

Very easy to setup and change appointment's. Very nice people- will be using this service again.!

Testing products to help Research and Development will bring proper regulation through the scientific method. Plus, I got a hundred bucks out of it! Double / Triple plus in my book.

Technician was professional, polite and knew what she was doing! Waiting area was clean and set up for social distancing. I felt comfortable
