The process was very smooth. The technician was super friendly.

The web site doesn’t work. Even while at Labcorp the tech could not get the web site to work. The same think happened in May. Ultimately I had to call someone on the phone. Here’s an idea. After your IT person creates the web site actually have someone try it. Then once a week have someone try it. Just think of all the business you could do.

My recent experience at Quest Diagnostic lab was excellent. Contactless check in was simple. I did not have to wait, even though I was a little early for my appointment. The phlebotomist was fantastic. Best blood draw I have ever received. Everyone was super friendly.

People worry about COVID. No reason to worry in this facility. The phlebotomist, Emily, greeted me punctually, checked the order, and drew the blood with care, and clearly with experience. "Your veins are tiny. I'll use a tinier needle." (In fact, when I pulled off the gauze later, there was only a speck of blood from the puncture.) The appointment would have been over in five minutes, except that Emily is an intelligent, warm-hearted woman, and I wanted to get to know her a little better.
