Hoping for improvements
Their website n products seem to be organized n professional, but with this much capacity n professionalism they should be operating maybe longer or for emergencies after hours. I have a critical requirement while their chat is not available beside phones are on answering machines saying closed. Also their rates could be better, n make them unique among others, n that would attract n allow people to order more tests.

Hi Tammy, Our Customer service office is located in Florida and we are open 11 hours a day from 8 AM EST until 7 PM EST in alignment with most patient service centers. This is also the time availability for our chat and customer service service line. Unfortunately because we are not a doctors office and are not considered an emergency service we do not have an after hours message service. We do answer any voicemails, emails and chat request first thing in the morning. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Autumn
