The processes were simple and efficient, from ordering blood tests, making an appointment, checking-in, collecting blood sample, to receiving blood test results Report. Instructions for all these steps were clear and easy to understand. I was particularly impressed by the skills of the technician, who collected the blood samples from me for the tests. While I am extremely sensitive to pain and needle, Kelly was very comforting and she has helped me to relax throughout the process. The entire process was quick and has caused me minimal sense of pain; after the bandage was removed in an hour, I could hardly see a puncture wound or red mark on the location. I believe Kelly is the technician's name. And I would like to command Kelly for her exceptional professional practice. Because of this pleasant experience with the Health Testing Centers, I would definitely return to do blood tests, when needs occur in the future. I hope I could have Kelly helping me again!
