Same day visit, results in 3 days. Wish all labs were this efficient.

Quick and efficient. I was finished before my appointment time (simple blood draw). The check-in procedure was a little confusing at first since I had never experienced it before, but it ended up being quite simple. I appreciated the website tip of their peak and off-peak times. Very good experience and I plan to use them again.

Getting the blood order online was easy. That was good. I then made an online appointment with the local LabCorp in Sedro-Woolley, WA. The appointment was for 730am, but they wanted me there 15 minutes early, so I was outside at 7:15am. It was New Years Eve, but the sign on the door said they would be open till noon. I waited till 8:am, but no one ever showed up. I finally went home. Fortunately, I was able to connect with LabCorp in Mount Vernon WA, and went there, 10 miles or so. I was delighted to find them open. The checkin and service was excellent. I was amazed to be notified the the next day that my results were available, on New Year's Day. Overall, the whole process went very smoothly except connecting with my local LabCorp. I would suggest making the preparation instructions readily available online. I had a lipid test found no direction that I should be fasting till I got to the lab. Fortunately, I was already aware of the requirement.

We have been using and gifting Labs for several years. What says love more that a lab requisition in your stocking. I love the December sales. The Labcorp is reliable and the same that Physicians use. We even got the results on Nee Years Day. They have worked out the annoying glitches.
