Everything that needed to be done was done quickly but the price is very high for something that is called the most basic package is my only complaint.

This was my first experience with Health Testing Centers. I will say they were very helpful, communicative and accountable. With that I gave three stars for two reasons... 1-my experience with my lab draws, they utilize Sonora Quest, and of course not all of them will be so bad but 1 I went to was painful, preformed a dangerous procedure and then lost my labs. The second Quest was rude and dirty and when I was being told were to place the UA when finished he was very surprised to see the 7 cups of pee sitting in the bathroom from previous clients. without gloves bungled them in one handful and took them out of the bathroom. I could see how another lab managed to lose mine. This is a Quest issue not a Health Testing Center issue but these labs were a majority of my experience. I will say that the staff with HTC was very accountable and thorough to rectify the mess-up with my draw, I appreciated that. 2-I thought I had understood that any labs that had abnormal values would warrant a call with some explanation/guidance from the doctor, that is not the case. I had several tests that were abnormal and had to take my results to Urgent Care who sent me away because my health is "too complex", so any help with those results would certainly have been helpful. All that being said I will utilize Health Testing Centers in the future because it is still far better then being disregarded, dismissed and pawned by a doctors office.

At the location I went to for blood work there was a one-woman show running the entire place. For how much our medical services workers are stretched thin these days, all I can say is thank you. Outside of how I admired her professionalism the location was extremely clean.
