the app is crap.

The app would alert me that I had a task due, I would log on and nothing would show up. I learned to keep checking until the daily task did show up, it somehow says I missed 7 days? Doesn’t seem right at all, I also never was compensated as promised a $100 gift card then turned into a $50 gift card and the rest depending on participation. I took that oil every day, I logged in every day and I provided feedback and had my blood drown and didn’t get a thing from this company. I feel like I got scammed and I’m livid. I’m going to raise hell. Update: I was paid $100 as promised. Better communication would have prevented this. My issues with the app still stands as described above. Someone who works there had to stalk me on LinkedIn which seems a little HIPPA violat-ish. Back off me.

We strive for 100% satisfaction with each and every customer and I apologize that we fell short of this goal. This order was requested on your behalf by the research group. Health Testing Centers only provides the laboratory order and services for this study. We are not involved in any other portion for this study in regards to the mobile app, participants or compensation. Health Testing Centers also would not use any social media sites to contact customers in reference to orders. I will encourage you to contact the research group directly as well in reference to your concerns.
