Easy to use service, upfront and no surprises.

In theory this is a good system. In practice I made an appointment at a testing center 20 minutes from my home at 7:45 am (confirmed with email from HTC etc). I arrived and there was no one there. It was located inside a Safeway grocery store so I asked customer service about it and they laughed and said "they don't even open until 9am". I called HTC and they said they had no record of that location existing (even though they sent me an email confirming my appointment there). The rep suggested I go one of their different locations but I didn't have time that day. I requested a refund and was refunded promptly. I'm giving 3 stars for the quick refund and because my experience was very smooth when I rescheduled the next week at a different location.

This was a fast and easy way to get the labs and the results I wanted and fast. I am so thankful that is company exists!

This is a really affordable option for those without (and with) health insurance to get diagnostic testing and maintenance testing done. The locations I went to, the staff was very friendly and offered a very quick service. I was in and out both appointments in under 15 minutes. I received my results, along with a key to recognize normal ranges for what I was being tested for. I'm certain you could take any abnormal results to a practitioner for further investigation or treatment. I have told my friends and family about this service and will definitely be using it again.
