I honestly couldn't be happier, I received my results by phone in 2 days and I received my hard copy's by mail within 10 days. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous and I couldn't ask for better service thank you very much you guys did an excellent job.

My results arrived on Friday at the lab; I tracked them with the provided Fed ex tracking. They were processed by 2 pm the following Monday. Customer service was also very prompt and respond any questions that I had via email.
