Came to the house very timely manner. The instructions were detailed and very easy to follow. Easy to get from anyone. We did the test on a one year old and 18 year old. We were wondering when we would be getting the results, I sent a reply to the email that was sent. In two minutes I had a reply. Very professional and timely. Thank you.

I wasn't even sure where to begin so I called and the staff is very informative and extremely courteous. It didnt take long for our results to come in and very helpful explaing it all. If I had to do this again they would be the 1s I go to. 5 star all the way

Found my sister after 32 years, she lives almost 2,200 miles away. Test me dna sent the kits individually to each of us, and they recieved the kits back on a Friday. By the following Tuesday, they called me with the results! I also like the fact they use a major corporation for the lab testing.

Our family had to make a tough decision in testing the paternity of a newborn. We had no idea where to go. I found this place and called. The woman on the phone was wonderful and answered all of my questions with respect and dignity. The test was mailed to my home. We sent it back and got the results much faster than we expected. I received a phone call with the results from someone professional and caring. I then received the test by email. If ever I needed to do this again I would not hesitate to use this lab.
