The app on my phone does not function…
The app on my phone does not function well and messages are slow and not in real-time. I have had a few instances where the text is held back and vital communications are stopped mid-business. There are some advantages over zip whip that is why the 3 stars.

We got Spammed!!
I was generally happy but right after I signed up I started to get spam emails. They obviously sold my email!! We did so well for many years without having spam emails Infiltrate our inbox until we signed up!!

The interface is clunky
The interface is clunky. It does the job it says it will do, but small inconveniences make it annoying to use on occasion.

Some of the functions require more…
Some of the functions require more steps than I think is necessary. But overall it is a good app

Works fine, but could be better
The service works fine, but the interface is kind of awkward and clunky. Also, it would be helpful if there were a desktop app or program that could be installed independently, instead of having to load it up in a browser.
