Great service, modern technology makes a big difference compared to my previous renting experience

The building is run very well. Maintenance crue and front desk staff are excellent. The neighbors I run into in the elevetors and hallway seem nice. One doubt that I have concerns the Building Link web site. In addition to a tool to manage maintenance issues it seems to advertise itself as the building's social media, akin to facebook of sorts, to let tenants communicate with one another if they so choose. But in reality no such function seems to be available, perhaps turned off by building management, possibly for good reasons. And, by the way, who is/are are the managers ? They are presented by names in the Bulding Link site but without pictures. As I said, this is no big deal, just a question about the term "TFC family", or "community", that I see sometimes mentioned. As a place to live, I'd recommend the TFC Fairfax building to anyone who seeks quality residense.

Been here for a month, so far so good. Super polite doormen and very helpful staff by the club area.

Always loved the service and employees of TFC which is why I moved back to another one their buildings.

It's a well run building with good maintenance and wonderful doormen.
