Just to clarify on the currency point — we support multiple currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, INR, CAD, AUD, PLN), and you're charged exactly the price shown at checkout in whichever currency was selected. It looks like GBP was selected for this order, so there wasn't any extra or hidden deduction — just make sure to pick your preferred currency next time using the selector before checkout. Hi, Thanks for the feedback. When a menu is under maintenance or updating, subscription time is not lost. In most cases, updates are completed within a few hours and the menu is back online shortly after. That said, we agree clearer update notices help, and we’ll work on improving that.
