Hi, thanks for your feedback, and sorry about your experience. A 20-hour wait is not the standard we aim for. Our team usually replies much faster, so we’d like to understand what happened. Please reach out on Discord at tgmodz.com/discord with your order number or ticket details, and we’ll look into it and make sure your issue is resolved. TGModz Support

Hi, thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the confusion. The key isn’t redeemed on our site. It’s redeemed on the Kazo website Full steps (Internal and External): https://docs.tgmodz.com/tgmodz-1/fivem/kazo-fivem-internal-and-external/installation-guide If the key still shows an error after redeeming, contact us on Discord at tgmodz.com/discord with your order number (not the key) and we’ll fix it right away. Hi, thank you for your feedback, and sorry about the trouble. Cherax doesn’t have a license key field on the website. The download and activation steps are in our installation guide: https://docs.tgmodz.com/tgmodz-1/gta-5/cherax/installation-guide If you’re still stuck after following it, contact us at tgmodz.com/discord with your order number (not the key itself) and we’ll sort it out right away.
