Scam! They translated 10 sentence and they got the numbers wrong. They put number 5 two times (instead of 5 and 9) and they forget number 11. I ask for Brasilian Portuguese but I got European Portuguese. On the homepage webpage they do translation to Brasilian Portuguese, but don't get fooled. They do not! From the FAQ: ”What languages do you translate? … Portuguese (European and Brazilian) …” They insist that the translation is correct and that the there is not difference between Brasilian Portuguese and European Portuguese. I ask for a refund but I got no response back. What a waste of 115 €. Update: When I order I put in the message box that I wanted Brazilian Portuguese. If you can't do it, say no and send the money back. But if you say the translation still will work then we can leave this and I accept the translation to Portuguese European, like I said multiple times! But I never get a response back about the error in the translation regarding the numbers (the number 9 and 11 is missing). It feels very unprofessional and I want this to be fixed.
