Lots of contact from them about what was happening and when. Real people to answer questions not just AI and endless phone loops. I only recently received the product but my experience so far was outstanding. Prompt communication about what’s happening and when and prompt response to my questions. so far such an easy helpful process. texting with support and messaging the doctor all my questions. quick responses and timely manor to ship medication. much better response than some other programs out there, along with being much more affordable.

I didn’t agree with the Doctor deciding my dosage should be 13.5 mg instead of the 15 mg I requested that I know works for me. I don’t understand the logic in that. Still waiting to see when they will mail my meds out.

Seem , very simple, very much understandable. I got all my questions answered, however, I should have taken one star off for the fact that I was under the impression that I was going to speak directly to the doctor not just be texting back-and-forth.
