Hi Brian, Thanks for your email from earlier today. As it so happened, the parcel with the serum bottle boxes, that your company produced, just arrived. They look pretty fantastic, if I may say so, especially considering all the corrections and changes that your staff put into making them turn out this way. I love how the gold foil pops in all the right places, and how beautifully yet subtly the mudcloth design shows up in the background. I especially love how your team was able to make the letter “H” in the mudcloth part of my logo stand out. My only concern, which you may want to look into, is the glue on the closure seam. It doesn’t seem to want to stick very well and stay closed. I will have to use additional glue to make the boxes sturdy enough for packaging before shipping them off to my clients and customers. Perhaps you might consider in using a stronger glue. One other thing, I must thank you for, and that’s recommending the heavier stock cardboard. It’s the perfect weight and thickness. My experience start to finish with The Custom Packaging was incredible! As a small business owner, I spent a year hand stamping my boxes for my bakery mixes. This was time consuming and inaccurate. I knew custom imprinted boxes would make my products look incredible, and when I reached out to request a quote I was thrilled to find out how cost effective they would be. (I had received quotes from two other online companies as well) When I calculated my time savings, I definitely come out ahead and have a stellar new professional look to my products. Steve was incredibly helpful and patient as we worked with his design team to create the best layout. I was worried printing and shipping to Wisconsin would take a long time especially during the holiday season, but I had my boxes in my hands in a week! Made 100 custom display boxes for my products. Brian Tyler was super helpful and guided me through the process. I compared to 2 other companies and The Custom Packaging had the best price. I received items less than 2 weeks after confirming my design. My boxes quality came out exactly as I hoped. I would recommend and use them next time!
