Disappointed we couldn't move forward…
Disappointed we couldn't move forward after the initial purchase. Mike Wilson started off great to work with, extremely helpful. But as soon as we shared our concerns that our boxes were embossed with a color that we didn't ask for, instead of trying to be accommodating and working with us to keep us as customers - he refused to accept an responsibility and tried to belittle us. It's a shame, we were hoping this could've been a long-term relationship.

Our Director took notice of your review and after investigating the matter(Going through emails, texts, and calls) we came to know that you never asked for embossing without the color(Blind Embossing). We have offered you a huge discount so you can reorder the boxes with bearing minimum loss.
