Complicate process, for me anyway.
The downloading and license process felt way too complicated for me, could be me, but the back and forth between emails and instructions took me a couple of hours to figure out - expired sessions, request for a new link, long codes. I have the plug-in downloaded but I still haven't been able to use it with a track I want to sweeten in Logic.

Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. The activation process isn't our own, it is determined by the manufacturer of the software. We're sorry you found the activation process difficult and not a positive experience, but we're committed to our customers satisfaction . We will be contacting to you shortly by email to get your software plugin up and running for you.

Your company had the lowest price…
Your company had the lowest price anywhere, and when I emailed support, I received a response within an hour. I will use fx again for any digital audio needs I may have!

Even though my order was not immediately fulfilled, the store kept me updated of the situation. As a customer, communication and understanding are two of the top things I look for when selecting stores to buy from. The FX Chain knocked it out of the park!
