Ordered assorted pack of 10 discus, they all looked great when they arrived. they were transported in cold weather as well. a couple of months later the fish are all doing great. My only complaint is that the fish were definitely smaller than the 2 inches that I ordered. Closer to 1.5 to 2 inches about half of them were closer to 1.5. Great communication about shipping process as well.

You guy's are great I've ordered fish from you several times in the past I've never received a dead fish. I've looked around tried two other places the experience was bad even received a bag of dead ob peacocks once. I trust ifish love the fare prices and look forward to more in the future.

I am extremely happy with my fish. I ordered 7 cichlids 1 month ago. All arrived alive and in clean water (no poo in the bags). This was my first time ordering fish online. I am glad I ordered from iFish for my first online purchase. Everything went smoothly. The fish were very healthy with beautiful markings. iFish includes easy to understand acclamation instructions with your order. Not sure who is to blame but 23 of the 25 died within 24 hours. I have bought them before with 100% success but not the case this time. Well I believe it stated that only fish dead after 3 hours of package delivery would be refundable so I assumed all responsibility. I already had like 25 of these fish in my tank and all of them were not affected nor affected now so I assume water quality and feeding schedule are great since I have been raising this type of fish for 10 years without this kind of issue. By no means am I asking for a refund but felt compelled to give you feedback since my experience this time vs. the last time were completely different. Possibly

Hi Gene; Thanks for leaving this feedback. That's a very significant and dramatic loss for 23 out of 25 gouramis to perish in 24-hours. We don't have any record of you contacting us so we have a pretty limited scope of information that won't allow us to really assess why this occurred. Do you have any further insight as to the root cause? There are three environments that could have potentially caused this: (1) The iFISH Store (our tanks and/or packing procedures), (2) the shipping experience with FedEx and/or (3) your tank (conditions, tankmates), feeding schedule and/or the acclimation process you used. At this point, we really don't have enough information to determine what went wrong where and wish we had more information to address this. We are always willing to assist customers when our fish do not do well in the environment they are transferred to and highly encourage all our customers to reach out to us at the first signs of ill health. We wish we had the opportunity to work on the situation when it first started happening.
