The service and experience was great I just wish that I had recieved different variation of ob peacock colors rather than the same color but I appreciate the service and will purchase again
Response from The iFISH Store· Nov 17, 2023
Hi Merrell, Thank you for your feedback. At this time, we only carry the pink and blue OB’s as is pictured on our site and none of the other color varieties. We should probably point that out in the description as well though. We’re sorry you were disappointed in the lack of color varieties and at the same time, hope the one’s you received are thriving. Thank you for your business! We hope we can work with you again in the future!

The fish died and killed most of my fish
Response from The iFISH Store· Nov 6, 2023
Hi Jessica; We're very sorry to hear this! You have been a customer of ours for a couple of years now and we know in the past our Discus have done well in your aquarium(s). This most recent order is perplexing. Were you able to get a hold of anyone on our end when you first spotted a problem with this batch of Discus? We'd really like to get further details from you to understand what happened. Would you be willing to contact us at [email protected] and let us know what you had observed with the Discus and your other fish on this order? Thank you!

Fish died and would not replace without ordering another to ship with it.
Response from The iFISH Store· Nov 6, 2023
Hi Anthony; We're sorry you're disappointed in our policy about providing a store credit or refund rather than sending out replacements when a single fish or two from a larger order perishes. In the infrequent situation where all of the fish in an order perish and are DOA, we do provide a full order replacement at no cost to the customer. We make no profit on shipping costs and sending out a replacement shipment for a fish or two just isn't viable or sustainable for us when a larger portion of the fish in rest of the order appear to be doing well. We think you'll find that it is pretty much industry standard to provide a credit or refund rather than a replacement in these cases. The only reason we asked if you were interested in purchasing more fish was to cover the shipping cost on the new order which would have included the replacement. We did apply a credit to your account as we communicated. And again, we're sorry you are disappointed in our policy in this situation. At the same time, we certainly hope your other fish are thriving.
