We have seen the real building in Rome and it is great. We loved your model, but thought that the lighting could be directional, like the real thing - more one side than the other - what do you think?

No he recibido ninguna información del proceso. Y las cantidades que me ha cobrado la empresa de transporte con la excusa de una urgencia que yo no he pedido han sido abusivas ( un total de más de 23€, incluida la aduana)

Great, but a manual should be added, with the details on how to repair the lamp.

I recently ordered the iLLum grandeur yet received some type of industrial part in my package. I originally posted on here, thinking I was scammed. Thankfully, I have been in contact with the customer care, and they are just as confused as I am. It seems that someone might have tampered with my package in the midst of it being shipped. TheLuminLab has been diligent in their investigation into this issue and will be sending me the item again. They have been a little slow to respond to my emails, but I now understand it is because they have a very small team of 3 craftsmen that craft each lamp as well as respond to emails. I look forward to receiving the true item I ordered and will leave another review once I have it.
