Larry, it looks like this is actually out for delivery tomorrow: 1Z1A3E080301700812 This was a special order with a lead time of 3-5 weeks. There is no way for us to speed up the lead time from the manufacturer. If you have issues with delivery, let us know!

After a week I was informed the part was on back order for weeks or more. No offer to refund my money??

I ordered two extra door shelves for my…
I ordered two extra door shelves for my RV frig. Despite the description they did not fit. I called and was told to send them back for a refund. Less 20%. Then they told me the right shelf to order. I ordered one to be sure it fit. This it was the correct fit. But for the first order, where I paid $59 before shipping, they only refunded me for one returned shelf....$23!

Have yet to speak with anyone have returned calls and text messages. I have left several messages with info. I have left detailed message with s/n year and problem NO REPLEY

Phone Contact
On-line ordering was very difficult. Had to call in for assistance and while I did get the order placed, the customer service representative was obviously not happy with my questions.
