There was a problem with the first puzzle, which they corrected by sending me a new one w/o charge. Puzzle is very high quality with precise piece fit. Hands down great company and great products.

Mandy helped me when some pieces were missing from the puzzle I purchased. She was helpful, kind, and quickly resolved the issue while providing excellent customer service. I felt heard and taken care of. The puzzles are beautiful and fun, and I will be purchasing more due to the great customer service I received from Mandy.

Love their playing cards so I Placed an order and immediately I received an e-mail from Mandy notifying me a deck I ordered was out of stock and would I like to make a substitute. I picked a replacement deck and again, Mandy replied immediately saying she had made the substitution and my orders ready to go! Great products and great customer service. If you like playing cards give these guys a try.

I had one puzzle piece of 1k that was printed on the back side. I contacted Theory 11 & they immediately offered a solution, a new puzzle or 50% off the next. I opted for the new puzzle since it was the one we wanted to frame. They immediately shipped it after I provided pics. They also responded via email daily. Thanks
