At first I was not informed that the item I ordered was out of stock. However I easily was able to contact Blinkee and they recommended a substitute item and sent it out immediately. Very responsive

Good response
I was not pleased with the sliw service and unable to track my order; however, when I complained by email they quickly responded with my refund.
