Booking all the important parts of our day was so easy using Thepros. Mark our photographer was the absolute best. He was so laid back and very professional throughout the day especially with all the last minute changes because of the rain. I can’t wait to see all of our pictures! Nellie with our photo booth was so nice and energetic throughout the whole wedding. Everyone said she was great!! Our DJ BB was a last minute change when our original DJ left the company. I’m glad we were able to connect right away to talk about what we were looking for because the change of Dj in less than a month away from the wedding was very stressful. I had pictured my whole day with our original DJ because I had met him at an expo. So to change my whole mindset suddenly was very disorienting. Bb did keep the dance floor going with great music. But he could have been nicer throughout the event. We all had to adapt to new things happening the day of because it was pooring rain. Unfortunately most of the feedback I got from my guests was that he was very rude. He did not handle the stress very easily and raised his voice or had rude comments to some of my family and even the event coordinator. He was very good about all the music though and kept the dance floor full! Overall I appreciate the service and made the planning process so easy.

I had originally booked with the Pros Wedding for our August 2020 wedding however due to Covid-19 it was postponed until May 2021 and they were professional and accommodating to the changes of locations and dates. I ended up using them for our traditional ceremony that took place and both our photographer and videographer were professional and punctual. Kaityln was great as she agreed to meet us before the ceremony to take our intimate pictures then headed to the venue for the details pictures. Kham did a great job capturing the details as well and the singer as well as guests dancing. The only thing I did not like was the fact that the full video of our ceremony was not edited; just our short video is edited. So we get the full raw footage of the day which I still have to either edit it myself or pay someone $ to edit it for us which is not convenient I wish that was also done along with the short video.

Booking a wedding during the 2020 calendar year was not an easy task for anyone, so this review is with that in mind. After not getting fluent communication on the availability of vendors and having all initial three (DJ, Photo & videographer) cancel on us, I was very nervous about our choice to go with The Pros as the wedding date approached. After writing them my displeasure, I was quickly put on the phone with the CEO Hugh Riley, who helped calm me down and assured me that he could get adequately skilled people back onto our team. Although I gave specific directions more than once via email and phone, requesting that no one at the wedding be photographed or videotaped wearing a mask as I couldn’t use that footage; my request was still not honored. So many of the photos had guests wearing masks and made both my post-photo and video editor's job very difficult. Thankfully, I also have knowledge of editing myself and was able to salvage much of the Raw Footage I received from the videographer for our wedding reel. Now onto the more positive; The photographer Jose was EXCELLENT and captured most of the requested shots beautifully. We love our photos and after having them edited by a professional third party elsewhere, they were even more gorgeous. The DJ, Genaro, was very professional as well, and EXCELLENT. He met with us several weeks prior to the event to get all our requests for the special day correct. My wife supplied all the songs in order from cocktail hour to end of reception for Genaro from her online music account and the night went flawlessly. The videographer Dan worked hard throughout the night and got creative at times with the video angles, and luckily, he had set up a backup camera, or the hand-held video footage alone would not have been very usable. In the end, due to a lot of preparation from our side knowing what we wanted and The Pros coming through last minute thanks to Hugh's call and action plan, we are able to enjoy our photos and video reel for decades to come. My advice is to have a backup plan on how to preserve your memories. Order the raw footage and seek out video specialists/editors for the raw footage to put it together wonderfully. If you need a second videographer, don’t be afraid to get one - its important. Be sure you know what you want and how you are going to achieve it. Write it all down. Send it to every vender. Be specific. Do not sit back and let anyone else just 'take over' on your most special day. As a couple you need to be involved in capturing every moment the way you like it. We were able to get a great value working with The Pros, due to knowing exactly what to expect and being proactive supplementing where we needed to. I was glad to see Hugh, the very CEO of the company step in and give me his guarantee. I’d expect nothing less. I would recommend them to anyone who is ready to meet them halfway and put in effort to guarantee their wedding day success.

The Pros was great for us and able to provide us with everything we needed for photography and DJ for our wedding. It was great to work with the whole company, and they were always quick to respond and adjust as questions and changes came up. Overall, we had a great experience and a perfect wedding day!

Trevor was our photographer and he was amazing to work with. We usually become very awkward in front of a camera, but Trevor quickly broke the ice and helped us look amazing! He is fun and professional and got so many amazing shots!! I would definitely recommend him as your photographer

When I first got engaged after a few days I jumped the gun and wanted to book an affordable photographer- I spoke to both Renee and Hugh and they were both a big help- when I found out that I couldn’t choose my second photographer and it was going to just be decided for me I wrote them telling them I appreciated their help but I did no longer need their service. I could not chance not being happy with my photos on the biggest day of my life- I didn’t sign contracts and I understand I would lose the deposit I put down. It was then after I told them this they said that could pick my second photographer which was very nice but at this point I already spent a lot more than I was going to with the pros and booked a different photographer. If they told me that sooner I definitely would have stuck with them but I couldn’t -They reached out trying to make it right which I appreciate so much- they do seem to care about customers concerns which is a good thing and hard to find with a big company like the pros- again thank you Renee & Hugh for your help I do appreciate it.

I worked with Andrea Funkhouser of the Pros. She was extremely professional, but willing to have fun with my fiancee and I. She took tons of photos, and definitely got creative with some of our shots. I am really excited to work with her for our wedding as well. I would recommend her, if you want someone that can get a great shot but also talk you through the process with enthusiasm and patience.
