I’ve been using therapy notes since they first got started. I was in my 50s then and had a really hard time understanding how it worked. Even up until yesterday I have to email and ask questions. Their response time is very quick which is very helpful for me. Everyone has always treated me respectfully, happy disposition and very kind. I would highly recommend therapy notes for people... it has really helped me over the years as I converted from paper records to electronic files. Abby stein

We use TherapyNotes for many years already, and so far it serves us well. Great platform for running a mental health business, from documentation to billing. I gave it 5 starts, but if I need to identify areas where improvement is possible, I would mention a possibility to make writing group therapy notes in a more centralized way

Wasn't able to log in. Called for support and Maddie listened to my need and helped get me back on my way and logged in no time! What a great experience!

The tech support at TN is extremely helpful. They are almost always readily available, with little wait time. They are polite and friendly, and they have always resolved my problems.

I have been very impressed with Therapy Notes. Their software is easy to maneuvere and additions are added to enhance the existing program even more. In the beginning I was searching for other programs, but I would always come back to Therapy Notes. As for customer service they are unbeatable! Wait time is usually no more than a few minutes and questions are answered in a way that is easily understood. I would never consider moving to another EHR. Thanks guys for all you do!

I was very impressed with the professionalism, patience and ability the Representative had to address my question. It was timely and it eased the tension of figuring it out alone. She stayed on the phone with me until I could walk myself through the instructions she provided and then noticed in my inbox. I used TherapyNotes for 7 years, before switching to another company out of necessity during the early Pandemic to have smooth access to telehealth services. I was very happy with TherapyNotes up to that point and would not have switched before the need to provide telehealth services. So why only 3 stars? The reason is that TherapyNotes, when informed that we were moving, had no method to easily allow me to copy or download my files en-masse. You can download records, but only for one client at a time. A very slow and unnecessary process when you have many clients on their system. So far I have not been able to finish this process in 9 months. That is on me. I could choose to spend hours and hours and likely days doing it. My schedule has not made this easy, or reasonable. My new provider has a very simple feature that allows you to download all of your data via their website. No need to contact anyone. [UPDATE: Therapynotes called me the day after I posted this review. They informed me that they have a storage service that decreases the cost of having your data on their servers to $9 dollars a month. This is better, but still not enough. I was told they are working on a way to download data all at once which would be greatly appreciated. Therapynotes has great customer service. You can always get support on the phone. If the download issue is not a concern for you, Therapynotes is a great company and their system is simple and complete.]

Amazing and thorough customer service! Exceptional user friendly platform. I would highly recommend to all private practices. I have never regreted my choice of TherapyNotes!
