Bianca was Wonderful! We had an issue that spread across several departments and Bianca in the Merchant support branch was able to reach out to each department for me to help without forcing me to make all of the calls separately. She saved me time and was able to help solve an issue that our bank teller couldn't even find in our account.

We love therapy notes. It has streamed the administrative aspect of our business. In particular we appreciate the integrated electric remittance and accounting piece of their software. Another helpful function is being able to set up appointment reminders to our clients which reduces our no show rates or at least gives us enough notice to attempt to refill the open slot. They are responsive to technical difficulties and, our experience has been that one person follows the issue to resolutions so you aren't speaking to a new person each time. They also sent frequent email updates to let you know where they are in the resolution process. I would highly recommend them.

Any time I have called or emailed with questions I have received nothing but positive responses along with the answers to my questions. I was sent step by step instructions and it was just what I needed.

The reviews are accurate!! Customer service couldn’t be more thorough, helpful and sincere. I wish I had started sooner..SO easy. What I love are all of the checklists and reminders to keep up with my documentation, something that I desperately needed. I was a little hesitant at first as I don’t bill insurance companies, but there is so much more that I will use in this program to help me stay organized and, more importantly, compliant! I just hope the rates stay reasonable!!

TherapyNotes is great for multiple clinicians billing Medicaid or other insurance plans. There are guardrails to keep notes in compliance and useful billing features like "modifer codes" that don't exist in SimplePractice. We have 19 therapists on board using TherapyNotes and we love it. My experience with Therapy Notes has been wonderful. The program itself is intuitive and comprehensive and allows for easy customization. However, it ts the customer support that sets Therapy Notes apart from all others. Live support ( actual phone calls!)is available for extended hours during the week and on weekends. I tried for weeks to get set up with another program to no avail, and when I switched to TN I was up and running in days. I can not recommend it enough.

I have worked with many electronic health records over the years and Therapy Notes is by far the best! It is intuitive, easy to learn, easy to use and has made documentation a breeze. I run a solo practice and my time spent dealing with non-therapy issues has fallen dramatically. And I can do everything on my iPad. They also have the best customer service I have ever experienced in all my years of providing health care. In short, they make everything so much easier!

Lauren phoned on the dot of the time agreed. She was wonderfully helpful -- understanding my unfamiliarity with the programming you use. She was kind and patient with the Neanderthal that I am. Her assertion that she would be there if I needed more help reduced my anxiety. It is not often that one an get a real live person on the phone or on line these days. Judith Wellek
