Please Please assist me adjust therapy notes.when i write notes i can't save them because when I scroll down I can hardly go pass the "sign this notes'' column. As you know "Save Notes:'" and :"Review Notes" are wright under this column.Thanks.

I switched from paper charts to Therapy Notes over two years ago and I love the features and design of the Progress Notes. It's so easy, intuitive and thorough, and now I have more peace of mind that my notes are fit for any kind of review or subpoena. I never had to use Customer Support until this month when I started using the EDI billing feature. I have never had to wait on the phone and the support staff have emailed me back in a timely manner if they had to do research on the problem. Now I wish I had not spent a fortune updating my Medisoft Accounting Program because I don't need it anymore.

I started using TherapyNotes 4 months ago. They helped me port my client list into the platform. Signing up for electronic records was fairly simple and painless. You will need to be careful about how you submit claims as some insurers have multiple organizations and may not work with the primary payer ID. I was fully on board within a few weeks. It is easier to document now and I get reminders to obtain or update client documents. It is much easier for me to keep my files up to date. I rarely need to use my file cabinet now. TherapyNotes' technical support is excellent and quite responsive.

Have everything, needs some adjustment, but it's great

TherapyNotes is, by far, the best investment that I have made in my private practice. The software is easy to use and high-quality and the customer support is outstanding. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the field.

LOVE the great customer service!!! Staff is always knowledgeable, courteous and gracious when working with me and my crazy questions on how to maneuver through the software or correct a debacle I have created.
