I started using TherapyNotes two months ago when I opened my private practice. I wasn’t willing to spend a lot of money to have someone do my billing so I researched other options and found TherapyNotes. I'm so glad that I did! They have been extremely helpful; always willing to go the extra mile. I can call at any time and consistently get professionalism, patience and a cheery disposition. The program is easy to follow and always offering suggestions for increasing the effectiveness of my work. Although my practice is growing, I have no intentions of leaving TherapyNotes!

So far, it's has made my practice much more manageable.

TherapyNotes by far has one of the friendliest customer support teams I've ever dealt with. Especially so, as I ask a lot of questions.

I wish all tech support was as friendly, clear, patient, knowledgeable ... shall I continue? Reassuring, helped at MY level of understanding, spoke perfect English and seemed like a real person. I have just opened my own practice as a sole provider and it has been a wonderful experience using TherapyNotes. The system is extremely easy to navigate and utilize on a clinical level and they make billing/filing claims simple and user friendly. The customer care offered through TherapyNotes has been essential in helping me learn to navigate through setting up insurance claims and getting my client's into the system. I will be recommending TherapyNotes to ANY practitioner, especially individuals opening up their own practice and doing everything on their own.

Therapy Notes has been amazing to work with. Over 17 years in Healthcare and experience with several different EHR/PM systems this was the best experience. Our providers and staff love how easy the system is to use. As the Administrator finding a system everyone enjoys and is willing to use is a challenge. I am so thankful for Therapy Notes! The customer service is fantastic as well.

I’d been holding off on reviewing Therapy Notes for nearly 2 years now because I’ve had this feeling that the moment I do, i’d jinx it. The truth is that I have not had a single bad experience with Therapy Notes since I got started. They have been so considerate. They understood that I although I needed a quality method of writing my notes, scheduling and submitting claims, I was also starting out - setting up my practice in a new city; and they took that into consideration in their pricing. Prior to Therapy Notes, I did my notes myself. Can I just say, it was HECTIC and time consuming. Now, note-taking and scheduling as well as submitting claims, are a breeze. Therapy Notes has surely made my work easier - to say the least. Special shout out to Heather L. She’s simply awesome! Very kind, patient and polite She’s never failed me and I bet she never will. Therapy Notes...KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK and HR...keep hiring awesome workers.
