Therapy notes has wonderful support. I had several questions and inquiries and the gentleman that worked with me was patient, highly knowledgeable and spent over an hour with me!

The support was outstanding. She walked me through step-by-step what I needed to do and understood exactly what I was looking for when I called. She was friendly and compassionate and offered her support for follow up if needed. A+ customer service!

I called Therapy Notes for support on enrolling several therapists that have individual tax ids with ERA and they were happy to help and was able to send me all the documents while were on the phone to complete. I have contacted them for several things before and I have never felt rushed.

I switched to TherapyNotes a year and a half ago and I've been nothing but happy with them. Their customer support is absolutely amazing! I call them fairly often with things I'm not sure how to do and they always walk me through it so patiently and then send an email with the guidelines of what we did in case I need to do it again. I wish I would have switched to them years ago. Plus I'm paying half what I did with my previous EHR and TherapyNotes is so much better.
