I have been with Therapy Notes for several years and have always found it to be an excellent platform for scheduling and documenting notes. Recently I contacted customer service to get help figuring out billing which I will be doing myself for the first time. Summer was amazing - she was patient and walked me through each step through to submission of a claim. She also sent me a followup email reviewing what we discussed and links for additional help. I should have done my billing sooner!

TherapyNotes customer support is the best customer support I've received, not only from an EHR but in general! They are fast, personable, clear, concise, and professional. I'd highly recommend!

They have the best customer service I've ever experienced. I've had to call them multiple times with questions on how to do something and every single time the customer service has been phenomenal. They walk me through how to do it and them email me a review of all the steps to have as a reference to use in the future.
