Representatives with Therapy Notes have always responded in a timely manner when emailing support with a question. This time, I needed an immediate response so I hesitantly called because generally calling only makes things more frustrating. Not this time! My problem was resolved in less then five minutes by a kind and professional member of the support team. It is nice to resolve an issue without having more added stress trying to get help!

I want to recognize Emily Ca, a Customer Success Representative, for going above and beyond to fix what I thought was an unfixable problem. I spent hours going back and forth between TherapyNotes and Medicaid, and was completely lost on why I wasn't being reimbursed by this payer. Emily Ca took extra time away from her already busy desk to troubleshoot with me and offer solutions. Not only did she demonstrate excellent customer service skills, a kind/patient demeanor, and empathetic listening, but she also made sure a plan was in place before ending the call. Her customer service alone is reason enough for me to continue my TherapyNotes subscription. She is obviously an excellent employee and I hope TherapyNotes will recognize her and offer an incentive for her exceptional service. Thanks!
