TherapyNotes customer support is available 24/7 and consistently courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Natalie resolved my credit card processing compliance within 5 minutes and sent me a link to open a ticket with the processing company to handle a couple of things that she couldn't do directly for me.

Therapy Notes thinks of everything. They are open to new ideas, always available for help, fix issues quickly, and are incredibly easy to use. Plus, they will teach you how to use every tool they have, and will even walk you through it on the phone. They are a human-driven company. I love TN.

Great team of knowledgeable, professional, PATIENT specialists who KNOW the workings of the software and know how to walk you through questions and processes. Prompt, courteous, go the extra mile - they always provide a detailed, instructional email recap of any conversation. I have never had a long wait on the phone, nor for email replies. One of the best parts is that this is an EHR that expressly knows the mental health field and is speaking your language from the beginning!
